Check-in is 4 PM, check-out 11 AM, with keyless entry and your own door code. The whole house is yours, including the main garage and the dock. Starlink wifi handles video calls and a house full of streaming, there is an EV outlet, and parking for eight cars. Guest booking the house must be 28 years or older. No parties or events, no smoking, no pets, and quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. The house runs on septic, so only toilet paper down the toilets. Keep children supervised near the shoreline and the fire pit, and wear life jackets on the water.

Up to 14 guests: The house is set up for a maximum of 14, and we ask that you keep to that. Your guest count should match your booking. No parties or events: This is a quiet residential lake community, and the house is for you and your registered guests only. Quiet hours, 10 PM to 8 AM: Please be mindful of neighbors, especially outdoors and after dark. Must be 28 or older to book: The person booking should be at least 28 and staying at the house. No smoking: The home is entirely smoke-free, inside and out. Pets: Pets are not permitted. Service animals are welcome where required by law and are not considered pets. If you are traveling with one, a quick heads-up is appreciated. Keep exterior doors closed: We are tucked into the woods, so please keep the doors shut to keep insects out. Water safety: The dock opens onto open water with no lifeguard and no barrier. Everyone uses the dock and the water at their own risk. Please supervise children and anyone who is not a strong swimmer at all times, do not dive, and use life jackets for kids and weak swimmers. Fire pit: The fire pit is a wood-burning Solo Stove on the path to the dock. Burn only firewood, which you bring, never leave a fire unattended, watch your footing on the gravel, and keep an eye on children near the fire. Well and septic: The house runs on a private well and septic system. Please flush only toilet paper, and since there is no garbage disposal, scrape food into the trash rather than the sink. Parking: Park in the driveway, which holds about six cars, plus two in the main garage. Please keep vehicles off the grass. The smaller garage is locked owner storage. Cameras and monitoring: There are exterior cameras at the driveway, front entrance, and backyard, and an indoor device that reads noise levels only, with no audio or video. There are no cameras inside the home. Please do not disable or cover them. No fireworks or firearms: Neither is permitted on the property at any time. Treat the house as your own: Please do not rearrange the furniture, and let us know within 24 hours of arrival if anything needs attention so we can make it right. Before you leave: Bag the trash and set it in the garage bin, start the dishwasher, turn off the grill, and lock the doors. No need to strip the beds. We host this house the way we would want to be hosted, and we are a message away the whole time you are here.
